As a clinical care manager, I focus on coaching life fundamentals, care coordination, and managing long-term care. I advocate for every person’s right to autonomy, respect their personal values, and recognize their strengths. Coming from a place of respect and partnership, I accompany my clients as they accomplish their goals.
