Rebecca Whitmire’s professional and personal experiences have consistently led others to seek her guidance, advice, and support in navigating the complex world of care solutions for themselves and their loved ones.

With a strong foundation in advocacy and a commitment to promoting independence, Rebecca focuses on providing comprehensive solutions that address the whole person—considering their physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and cultural well-being.

Rebecca began her career by supporting individuals who had experienced catastrophic injuries, whether at birth or later in life, with a focus on promoting independence. Over time, her work grew to encompass individuals with diverse care and life management needs, focusing on better health, increased independence, and advocacy. Today, Whitmire and Northern Care Advisors are a dedicated team of social workers, and rehabilitation professionals, offering collaborative care and life management services to clients of all ages and life stages.

At Northern Care Advisors, we believe in the power of teamwork—not only within our organization but also with families and the entire support network around our clients.

We collaborate with medical teams, care staff, attorneys, fiduciaries, and other essential resources to ensure that every aspect of our clients' needs is addressed.
